City EDvantage Lunch Sessions: PACE Financing to Attract Investment and Development

There is a powerful new economic development tool available to Kentucky cities. The PACE (Property-Assessed Clean Energy) Financing Program offers commercial property owners the opportunity to leverage project specific voluntary property assessments to pay for energy efficient and renewable energy improvements. The program is designed to increase economic development activities, create jobs, and improve commercial building stock in Kentucky cities by assisting commercial property owners with access to affordable, extended term financing for energy related projects for their buildings.

Join us for this exciting training and learn everything you need to know to create a PACE District and position your city for increased tax revenue.
