Grants are available to Kentucky public agencies for activities and programs that promote disaster prevention efforts. Funding is intended for natural hazard mitigation and disaster relief, as well as projects that advance public awareness of floodplains, stormwater, and emergency management. Mitigation projects that support community involvement and engagement will receive priority.
