Cities are required to complete and submit the Uniform Financial Information Report (UFIR) for Fiscal Year 2018 by May 1, 2019. These forms collect revenue, expenditure, tax rate, debt, and cash data for all cities in the state.

Completed forms must be sent electronically to the Department for Local Government (DLG). Failure to submit a complete and accurate report will result in the withholding of municipal road aid revenues.
