What is POWER?
POWER (Partnerships for Opportunity and Workforce and Economic Revitalization) is a congressionally funded initiative that makes federal resources available to help communities and regions that have been affected by job losses in coal mining, coal power plant operations, and coal-related supply chain industries due to the changing economics of America's energy production.
ARC is accepting applications in response to the POWER 2020 Request for Proposals (RFP). Strong POWER projects are regional, strategic, and transformational in their approach to the economic revitalization of coal-impacted communities.
HOW TO APPLY
Applications are accepted via the POWER 2020 Application Portal. Application guidance and requirements are outlined in the POWER 2020 RFP.
