Media Relations/Crisis Management Training for Police

There has never been a greater need for law enforcement professionals to learn about the news media and crisis management. This one-day course sponsored by the Kentucky Association of Chiefs of Police (KACP) is designed to provide assistance to law enforcement officials in dealing with today’s hyper-connected, instant news and media world.

Instructors for this training course will be Patrick Crowley and Jay Fossett, founding partners of Strategic Advisers, a public relations, digital media, and public affairs agency based in Covington, Ky.

Crowley is a former newspaper reporter and columnist for the Cincinnati/Kentucky Enquirer, The Cincinnati Post, Insight Communications TV, Newsweek and other local, state, and national public news publications and media outlets.

Fossett is an attorney, former Covington City Manager, and former newspaper reporter with The Louisville Courier-Journal, The Cincinnati/Kentucky Post, and The Cincinnati Enquirer.
