In this session, we will take a fun (yes, fun!) and informative journey through the entire local government budget process. We’ll dive in and break down KRS 91A.030 by walking you through the budget timeline – from early planning to passing your budget ordinance and everything in between. Budgeting is the most critical policy tool for elected officials, and this session will help you navigate that process like a pro.
