LARP Cycle Preparation

Join Kentucky Department of Rural and Municipal Aid Commissioner Bobbi Jo Lewis for an important informational webinar regarding updates to the Local Assistance Road Program (LARP). This session will provide municipal officials, administrators, and staff with an overview of new application elements and requirements for the LARP process, along with practical guidance to help communities prepare complete and competitive submissions. The webinar will also include an overview of the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet’s mapping capabilities to assist in application development.

In addition, the webinar will introduce and discuss the new Grant Pool funding program, including eligibility considerations, application procedures, funding priorities, and key timelines. Participants will have the opportunity to gain insight into the application process and learn best practices to help maximize funding opportunities for local transportation and road projects.
