Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field with Master’s level course work in the field is preferred. Master’s degree strongly preferred; supplemented by 6 – 9 years progressively responsible experience involving municipal or private-sector management; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job. Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license with no DUI convictions in the previous 5 years. Must reside within Henderson city limits within 12 months in the position.
