UK Water Operator Recruitment and Retention Survey Seeks Input

Researchers at the University of Kentucky Water Research Institute invite utility managers to participate in the Appalachian Water Workforce Survey to learn more about operator recruitment and retention. The survey will gather information about the water workforce in Kentucky and West Virginia to better understand the challenges, barriers, and opportunities in hiring and retaining operators. Those completing the survey may choose to enter a drawing to win one of five $100 prizes. To enter the drawing, you will be asked to provide identifying information, which will not be used for research purposes and will be stored separately from your survey responses to ensure your confidentiality. With questions, contact Donna McNeil at donna.mcneil@uky.edu or 502.330.0015.
