City EDvantage Session: Brandenburg Delivered Kentucky’s First Local Government Public-Private Partnership - Learn How You Can Also Save Time and Money

Friday, February 26
2:00 - 3:00 p.m. EST

The City of Brandenburg successfully delivered their new wastewater treatment plant as Kentucky’s first local government public-private partnership (P3). Brandenburg saved upwards of $3.5 million and a year in project delivery time by using the P3 approach instead of a traditional funding approach. Now that the path has been forged, it will be even easier and quicker to deliver your capital projects as P3s. Learn from the team that delivered Brandenburg’s project on how P3s may provide you with better quality facilities and services while saving you time and money.

P3s projects could include:
- Water and wastewater treatment facilities
- Government office buildings
- Sports complexes and recreational facilities
- Community centers
- Airport facilities
- Police and firefighter stations
- and more!

Presenters: Jason Halligan, Steve Robertson, Mike Shull, and John Egan - Frost Brown Todd
