2024 Wage & Salary Survey Requests

KLC is once again compiling data for a Wage & Salary Survey. Member cities utilize the report to compare their payroll to other cities and prepare annual budgets. KLC strongly encourages every city to return a copy of the survey, as the information is vital for our research and member support. KLC conducts a Wage & Salary Survey every other year.

The 2024 survey questionnaire should be in each city’s mailbox. We mailed and emailed a copy to each mayor. You can access an electronic Excel version or download additional paper copies through a web link on the Member Resources section of your city’s dashboard.

You must be logged into the KLC website to access the dashboard. If you do not have a KLC account and are a member, you can request one at the “Access Your Online Account” link.

Once you have logged into your account, you can find the 2024 Wage & Salary Survey link in "Member Resources" at the bottom right of the member dashboard.

We would greatly appreciate it if cities could collect the information as quickly as possible and submit the completed survey by Feb. 16, 2024.
