Important Information on KLC Insurance Renewals

Renewal applications for property, liability, and workers’ compensation coverage will be released to the insurance portal during the week of January 19 for July 1, 2026, renewals. Policy contacts on file will receive an email notification once applications are available. This notification will include instructions for accessing the documents through the portal and for completing and submitting the applications electronically. The deadline for submission of completed applications is March 23, 2026. 

New for July 1, 2026, Renewals

If your total combined premium for property, liability, and workers’ compensation coverage is $50,000 or less, you will not be required to complete a renewal application. Your policies will automatically renew effective July 1 based on your current exposures. Appropriate inflation factors will be applied to building, contents, and equipment values to ensure coverage limits are maintained. Please continue to notify your local agent, KLC Agency, or KLC Underwriting of any changes, including but not limited to the addition or deletion of vehicles, property, equipment, or any new exposures that should be considered.
