KLC Economic Impact Studies

Have you ever wondered what the real value of economic development projects is in your city? The KLC Community & Economic Development team can provide economic impact study services to measure this value across a number of different project types. These can range from public investments in infrastructure to new industrial projects and even the potential impacts of new tourism activity. The key information needed to make these studies possible is the total project costs, new job numbers, and the associated industries that are key to the project’s implementation.

A link to our pilot study with the City of Winchester can be found below. Examples of our work with Murray State University on statewide projects can be found under “MSU Partnership Studies.” For more information about your own economic impact study, contact KLC Community & Economic Development Manager Tad Long or Community & Economic Development Advisor John Buchanan.
