Summary of Position: Under general administrative direction, plans, organizes, directs, coordinates and evaluates all activities and programs of the office. Updates and prepares paper work for Ordinances. Forwards reports to State agencies as required by statute. Takes minutes at City Council meetings and other committee meeting as required. Maintains and attests to official records of the City. Serves as custodian of the Seal of the City. Mails out notices for utility bills, taxes, licenses, fees and other revenues and receives payment for all fees. Prepares checks for all expenditures, including payroll. Supervises office staff and performs related work as required.

Salary Information: 26,507 - 42,411
