Speaker: Logan Hanes, Executive Director, Kentucky Manufactured Housing Institute (KMHI)
The shortage of housing, especially affordable housing, is a problem that stretches from one end of the commonwealth to the other. Learn how today’s manufactured homes can be one solution to the housing crisis, while still maintaining the cosmetic and architectural desires of the community. Hear about and see the basics of today’s manufactured housing and the recent changes to the industry. This unique, hybrid City EDvantage session includes a class you can attend virtually or in person, followed by a complimentary reception and a tour of some of the homes inside the Kentucky Exposition Center in Louisville. Not just pictures on a screen… you can see, touch, and feel for yourself!
