Building future-focused communities is about creating communities of belonging that enhance self-sufficiency and support vibrant economic development. This is about ensuring individual self-sufficiency and, more broadly, sustainable (meaning thriving economically, culturally, and environmentally) communities. Through this, we can all work to create sustainable communities that are embedded with infrastructures and cultures of innovation and belonging. This session will use an economic and business development lens to enhance integrated community systems. Let’s talk about emergent strategies for integrated systems within our communities and how we can implement a strategic plan to improve our sense of belonging and economic prosperity for all.
