RSA will outline the typical financing structures, including traditional bond issues, bond pool financings, and bank financing. This will lead to an overview of the Public-Private Partnerships (P3) process and associated financing processes. To conclude, a brief explanation of bond proceeds investments and guidelines will be shared while providing information on the Kentucky Bond Corporation.

This webinar is intended for mayors, clerks, finance officers, councilmembers, commissioners, and other interested parties.
