The lines between the Family Medical Leave Act, the Americans With Disabilities Act and Workers’ Compensation often overlap and employers can struggle to make decisions as which laws apply and when. This webinar will provide an overview of each law, as well as the correct way to implement the laws, including the specific timelines, and how to navigate when the laws intersect.
