Industrial Revenue Bonds may be issued by local governments to help finance certain projects, provide tax abatement, and/or capture other potential government assistance for qualifying projects. This webinar will discuss allowable projects, how those projects could benefit your municipality, and how to move from developer discussions to completed deal.
