Description: An opportunity for funding and in-kind support for cart-based curbside recycling. Funding is intended to implement new cart-based curbside recycling programs using cart-based collection, or to convert bin or bag-based curbside recycling programs to carts. Funding is also intended for outreach and recycling education efforts.
Funded Activities: Implementation or conversion to cart-based recycling services. Outreach and education initiatives are also considered appropriate activities within the scope of this grant.
