Grants for First Responder COVID-related Funeral Costs - Ongoing

First Responders Children's Foundation 

The Funeral Grant application is for a relative of a first responder who has passed and who is now responsible for funeral costs, OR a first responder who is responsible for the funeral costs of a family member.  First responders are paramedics, emergency medical technicians, police officers, firefighters, and employees directly supporting police and fire departments such as 911 dispatchers. The brave medical personnel and staff of the emergency services of the hospitals and health facilities that are treating COVID-19 patients shall be deemed first responders for the purpose of being eligible for grants from the Emergency Response Fund.All others will be declined from the grant award.

Pre-Application Information: Only one award will be given per household. Applicants are required to submit:- An address- Funeral expenses- Supporting documentation related to the passing of your family member, if applicable- First Responder ID or letter from your employer required- Supervisor contact information at place of employment (cell phones not applicable)Contact Information:
