NEU Follow-Up May Be Required
The U.S. Department of the Treasury requires all cities receiving American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) to submit copies of their signed award terms and conditions, signed assurances of compliance with the Civil Rights Act, and actual budget documents effective January 27, 2020, to verify their previously submitted budget amount to the Department for Local Government (DLG). These can be uploaded through Treasury's portal via Login.gov or ID.me.
