Grants of $20,000 to USA public schools, municipalities, nonprofit organizations, and sovereign tribal nations for capital improvements to recreational facilities. Funding is intended to reduce the expense of lighting systems in football facilities. The program is intended to support a safer and more enjoyable experience for players.
Grant applications are open April 1 - October 31, 2021, and will be evaluated on a rolling basis starting June 15, 2021. All grantees and recipients will be notified no later than November 12, 2021.
