* * * * * Eligible Donees Only * * * * * The welding class at Blackburn Correctional Complex was shut down 7 years ago and these welders have been in storage since they were turned in to surplus from the Department of Corrections on 09/18/23. All units worked when they were placed into storage, however, they are untested and DSP makes no claims as to the completeness or working condition of each unit. All sales are final.
