Cities that received American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) are continuing to review allowable uses for the funding and U.S. Department of the Treasury guidance. Cities have until December 31, 2024, to obligate the funds and December 31, 2026, to spend the money. KLC is continuing to review Treasury guidelines to ensure cities have the latest information on allowable uses. KLC Executive Director/CEO J.D. Chaney and staff will provide updated information and answer questions in this two-hour interactive session.
