Grants are available from the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) - Rural Development (RD) Rural Utilities Service (RUS) grants to address water pollution. Funding is intended to help small communities and utilities better manage solid waste disposal. This program reduces or eliminates pollution of water resources by providing funding for organizations that provide technical assistance or training to improve the planning and management of solid waste sites.
