The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet’s 2023 Creating Vibrant Communities Program aims to proactively help up to three communities plan for land use, transportation, and future development options for a site or targeted area containing multiple properties.
Through the program, a community will create an actionable plan that will outline the vision, conceptual development plan, and next steps necessary to create a transformative and unique destination for the community.
An informational webinar will happen on Nov. 14 at 1 p.m. to allow applicants to ask questions and to provide additional guidance.
