Workers' Comp Self-Audit Report Due Sept. 16

KLC Insurance members who received a request to complete the 2023-2024 Workers' Compensation Self-Audit report must return it to underwriting by Sept. 16, 2024. You can easily update and submit your report through the KLC Insurance Portal.

As part of the Kentucky League of Cities Workers' Compensation Trust (KLCWCT) process, members are required to complete a payroll audit at the end of each policy year. This audit ensures accurate classification of all employees and reporting of wages.

How to Submit:

  • Log in to the KLC Insurance Portal.
  • Navigate to the Forms page.
  • Complete, electronically sign, and submit the self-audit form for the policy period of July 1, 2023 – June 30, 2024.
