Bike Walk Kentucky Call for Nominations

Bike Walk Kentucky (BWK) is issuing a public call for board nominations and committee members. Individuals passionate about educating and advocating for safe bicycling and walking across Kentucky are encouraged to apply or nominate someone who shares BWK’s vision for a healthier, more active Kentucky.

Who is BWK Looking For?

Bike Walk Kentucky seeks individuals with a broad range of experiences, knowledge, and expertise in advocacy, education, health and safety, tourism, and economic development. Ideal candidates will be committed to making cycling and walking safe, accessible, and welcoming to all. Read the entire board criteria.

Key Details

  • Term Length: 3 years
  • Time Commitment: 2–4 hours per month
  • Meetings: Monthly online meetings and one to two in-person meetings annually
