CERS Board of Trustees Members Needed
We know your retirement funding is important to you. That’s why you are needed to help manage and invest those funds for county employees and yourself.
The County Employee Retirement System (CERS) Board of Trustees needs people interested in serving as members. The board comprises nine trustees, including two governor-appointed representatives from the Kentucky League of Cities’ nominees. One will have experience in retirement and the other in investments.
Terms last four years, and members can serve no more than three consecutive terms. Members are compensated $80 per diem, plus reimbursement for expenses incurred. The board meets at least quarterly, with additional meetings as needed.
