Cities are eligible for Kentucky Fried Chicken Foundation Inc. grants of $10,000 for capacity-building projects. Funding is intended to support projects and programs in a variety of focus areas, including education and training, health and wellbeing, and expanding access to food and shelter.
The KFC Foundation is looking for capacity-building projects that will make a lasting impact on your organization and community.
The foundation is looking for tangible, actionable projects that are feasible to accomplish with the grant and will make an immediate impact in the community. If you have a larger project (i.e., 100-mile trail restoration), break it down into something the grant could cover in full (i.e., 10-mile trail restoration out of the 100-mile project). If additional funding is needed, detailed plans for securing additional resources must be provided in the Project Budget.
