Paris City Clerk Stephanie Settles 2021 KMCA Clerk of the Year
The Kentucky Municipal Clerks Association (KMCA) named Paris City Clerk Stephanie Settles the 2021 Clerk of the Year. KMCA President Kathy Walker presented Settles the award at KMCA's annual Spring Conference in Bowling Green. View the KMCA news release here.
Bluegrass/Buffalo Trace/Gateway Municipal Clerks Association nominated Settles for the award. Bluegrass President Lisa Cassity stated, "Stephanie takes it upon herself to provide exceptional professional support and service to the Bluegrass Region, KMCA, IIMC and the KLC Board."
Settles, a member of the KLC Board of Directors since 2019, has been the Paris city clerk since August 1, 2015. She has been a member of KMCA since that time and has received her Certified Kentucky Municipal Clerk designation.
