The Kentucky League of Cities (KLC) Mayor-to-Mayor Program
Mayor-to-Mayor is a peer-to-peer program provided by the Kentucky League of Cities (KLC) that matches newly elected mayors with experienced mayors. The goal of the Mayor-to-Mayor Program is to facilitate professional, lasting relationships between mayors.

Tips for a Successful Match

• Visit each other’s city a minimum of once a year is recommended along with regular phone/virtual contact.
• Respect each other’s time constraints.
• Be open to learning from each other.
