JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Under general direction, directs plans and administers all operations and staff of Planning Department; develops agency goals, objectives, policies and procedures; ensures compliance with relevant government rules and regulations; prepares budget and monitors expenditures; performs City Planning activities.
QUALIFICATIONS: Completion of post-secondary education with ten (10) years of planning and supervisory experience which evidences an advanced knowledge of government structure, planning and zoning, Tax Increment Financing districts, neighborhood development; and/or equivalent combination of education, experience and training. Salary Information: STARTING SALARY: $80,906 to $103,155
