The City of Covington’s Department of Economic Development is seeking an experienced and innovative professional to analyze and make recommendations to public infrastructure systems-related development project requirements and business district initiatives. Public infrastructure includes parking assets, streets, sidewalks, bike facilities, water, sewer, stormwater, power, and fiber infrastructure. The position includes responsibility as executive director to the Covington Motor Vehicle Parking Authority.

The incumbent will develop and maintain working relationships with all city departments, government partners, and utility providers.
